Good people, hard working and will be ver happy if the company compensate them better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very friendly manager. But accounts managers are the worst and don't appreciate enough for the work we do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very big work load a lot of matrices designed to make sure no one gets there. When compared to people who do the same job we are ver well underpaid.
