Mostly terrible leadership, overworked, many people doing multiple jobs and wearing multiple hats. They could be cheap, but pay is ok, not the worst. I would rate them lower, but despite its own leadership struggles and schizophrenic internal practices, they manage to grow and not implode.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The need to fill more position and increase administrative staff.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We are talked and lectured to and no real interaction. Blame rolls downhill
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
People were late to my interview. Needless rounds of interviews. Long decision making process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the people I work with are very nice and personable, but overall it's a CYA culture. I have personally been given gifts for my work, but not by the company itself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is about average for the industry. Outsourcing has been overtaken by cheap Indians. My work would pay much better in another industry. However, they do provide pay increases which is nice. No stock options, no 401k match, but good health insurance.
