What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Get managers that are in the US and experienced.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything! Get managers that are actually in the US and can speak English fluently.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The caliber of employees that are hired seem to have the education of a 1st grader.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

$13 is not even minimum wage, I do not know how they get away paying people so low.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Get managers that are in the US and stop using people from other countries that have no experience and cannot speak English well.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Get an English speaking actual Recruiter to do the interviewing. The person that interviewed me had a thick accent I could hardly understand what he was saying and he clearly was home because I heard children screaming in the background. Very unprofessional that should have been the first RED FLAG
