I joined Sutherland in January 2021, and have been very impressed and happy so far. Having worked at much larger firms in the past (Big 4), it is nice to have direct contact with leadership daily. I also feel I am making a bigger impact on Sutherland.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ability to get access to leadership, their transparency.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We should have 401K Matching. This is the only firm I've ever worked for or interviewed with that doesn't have it.
