The best part of my compensation package is my salary.
Review from Marketing Dept
The health care seems competitive, at least coming from a state agency. Biannual bonuses are good. I'm still not sure if there's an advantage to ESOP over 401K match, but seems to be good so far. I really don't like that I get so little vacation and wellness leave.
The ESOP is directly reflective of the effort we put into our projects. Our accelerated vacation accrual is also exceptional.
As a long-term employee, it would be vacation accrual and ESOP.
My favorite is th wellness hours and ERG.
kind, genuine, accountable, and have been supportive of me throughout my time at SWCA
