Work life balance. my manager makes sure our team is able to pursue our passions, go on vacation, and leave work at work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fair annual reviews. I received no negative feedback + exceeded goals/expectations yet did not get my full personal bonus. No legitimate answer for this when I inquired further.
