They are accessible and provide regular updates to employees (family meetings, etc)

It's fair, broad (salary, bonus, equity), and was clearly communicated up front.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As we transition from restaurant to platform we are beginning to bring in people from other industries. Restaurants/food service is among the lowest paying industries and tech is among the highest and this disconnect isn't accepted yet. I'd feel better if my base came up significantly.

Very high talent level across the board. High energy. Mostly positive attitudes most of the time. Most gripes stem from employees who care and want the best for company.

Need more cross-functional teams and leaders for many projects. A lot of the new dev seems to be silo'd - especially in the key areas that our company needs to tighten up to get to the next level: Ops, Digital, Data

People are not just living the Sweetgreen values while only in the office. Many are making a social impact outside of work on their own volition. In the end it isn't the company everyone is committed to. It is each other.
