Salary and encouraged to take time off

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fair annual reviews. I received no negative feedback + exceeded goals/expectations yet did not get my full personal bonus. No legitimate answer for this when I inquired further.

Getting paid more. Have been here for 3+ years and only received 3% increases every year. Additional stock options or a true up to market compensation would be expected.
