What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a mission to connect people to real food, and we are all invested. We are connecting ourselves, each other, our employees, and our customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having productive, collaborative meetings, and being enabled to make decisions. I feel like I am a part of something bigger, in a meaningful way. And, of course, there's no beating free sweetgreen everyday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some jobs seem to have no cap in compensation (as well as hiring) while other teams are constantly overloaded in work (not in a sustainable or effective way) and paid sub average compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together. No matter what we are working on, if someone needs help we do whatever we can to make it happen. And we see each other as real people, not just colleagues. It's not just work, it's our lives.
