working on projects that have a big impact, actually follow through
they are at their best when they are championing growth, innovation and the mission. i wish that message were more universally championed by the leadership team.
be clear on objectives for meetings and projects. if you need help or time from other departments, you need to show why it is a priority and lead the work effectively so it isn't a burden with no clear reason why
i don't feel there is anyone regulating or overseeing treehouse comp. new hires are coming in at high pay, and hiring managers are not negotiating since they don't have guardrails. new people, especially people hired in past 6ish months, dictate their salaries and end up being paid more than peers
