Fun office, seeing people genuinely I love everyday at work, work perks and working at the platform is fun

Everyone is friends, enjoyable people to be around and we hold ourselves accountable because a lot of us are actually friends outside of work
What makes you most happy at work?
Clear projects I am working on + leading, projects that I am personally passionate about or believe in, good work/life balance, fair pay compared to all of the new people who have been hired who are doing less work than me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, I've been at sweetgreen for a long time (5 years). I am aware of other manager's salaries and they are MUCH more than what I make. I think it would be fair for me to at least be within the manager salary range (~10K more than I currently make)
