What do you like best about the leadership team?
We're doing a good job of communicating vision and opportunity, with a nice balance of celebrating what we've built and a caution to not rest on our laurels.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have brought in a lot of new talent and I am not confident in the compensation calibration that has occurred to evaluate existing talent. There is a lack of clarity on salary bands and potential in role, and how to achieve getting a raise.
