It is all just ordinary
Everything especially PTO Medical Dental Vision and lots other
I really like that we get benefits as soon as training is done.
Just knowing that you are protected if something goes wrong.

The protection and the safe

The pay of course is the best part
I can work from home, good bonuses and I can win a lot of money if I do my best
Benefits are good for the employees
Sign on bonus yea awesome
its above the average vs other
I like the pto that rolls over and the option to take payout at end of the year
Everything ! Its the beet
Everything, they offer good pay, work from home, benefits, referrals, 401k the list goes on!
15$ an hour is fine with me
The SIL conversion, healthcare coverage, incentive and pay for performance.
Review from Operations Dept
We have very good benefits
Conversions and flexible leaves and hazard pay
401 k match is fair.

The best part of my compensation package would be the security i feel by having high quality benefits
Review from Customer Support Dept
There were no benefits offered
Review from Marketing Dept
I was undervalued and told false information
The job had a ridiculous workload and only paid a measly $11.00 per hour
They give no benefits to normal employees and also 2 weeks to get a day off which is now becoming a standard which is insane.
Yes very under valued need new culutre
For working for a company providing FSA, HSA, HRA information to customers, the benefits the employees are offered are not good if at all existent. I feel the immediate from line leaders do all they can. Being offered HRA benefits we offer other companies would go a long way.
I feel all employees within the organization at the entry level are undercompensated, overworked and unappreciated.
Review from Operations Dept
The pay is by state min wage and i dont think thay part is right so someone doin the same job im doin but at a higher pay
I get paid far less than other team leads in the same industry and benefits are expensive and cover nothing
A less hostile management crew.
I'm just a number. No help. And the help is no help
A payrise within almost 4 years, 2 languages and a promotion is expected but I got a disciplinary action for pointing it out with a meme after I was left with no response.
15 an hour like they get at fast food
Higher salary to be at par with the big players of the industry, which Sykes is a part of
Benefits should be better like leaves and health benefits.
Maybe they need to increase the salaries of the agents
SYKES is below the market when it comes to paying at all levels in the organization. Several years they held back on merit increases all to continue buying companies that haven't led to the growth they were anticipating. 2020 was a great year for SYKES but decided to postpone merit increases.
Review from Operations Dept
Underpaid according to the national average for what we do. Sykes takes advantage of communities with economic issues and exploits the workforce and tax credits given to them by these communities
Review from Customer Support Dept
There is no path to grow your career at the company.
Review from Customer Support Dept
A higher base salary and yearly raises. Though we have annual reviews compensation increases are based on the company as a whole and the majority of the time there is no increase even as a high performer.
Review from Operations Dept
Most jobs in the same field make more money. Promised raises for new training but we never get trained on new things.
