What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The days off are absurd and some of the bosses seem angry 99% of the time so they take it out on you.

Treat the customer bad need better customer one on one service

Everything is wrong. Sitel is going to sink.

Clearer direction and more follow up from management is necessary to the success within any organization. This company has neither.

They are hiring anyone who applies and hoping some stick.

New rules, new CEO, pay raise, less nagging.

They promote based on who they like and not who is qualified. Most management are not educated for the role they have. Just because someone has experience doing something, does not mean they were good at it or even qualified to keep doing the job. If you are good at your job, kept in your position

There are just no path to career growth. Our team leads/manager should be able to recommend raise's or promotions. Growing your career should mean more then just a statemet.

Management need to learn to treat and talk to employees like they are adults and not children. They also can work on being professional

Better hourly wages along with optional double-pay overtime.

Better leadership, better recruiting managers

Managers, leadership couldn't be much worse.

We aren't trained and are expected to know everything when we weren't trained on the phones just thrown on them
