Our 401K match is good for a company the size of symplr.
I am happy with my health insurance
The benefits package and all of the health engagement benefits.
Food Coupons and claims , but the food pulse( Sodexo) amount is very low for the month. Which needs to be revised.
Speak of Compensation office policy reg the WFH is good, Allowing the basic access on Working tools is great.
It includes insurance coverage to my parents.
The best part of my current compensation package is the generous WFH and flexible work schedule. It allows me to maintain a strong work-life balance, which helps me stay productive and engaged over the long term.
it is good as of now, i only joined few months ago. i Haven't received hike or bonus yet . I'll be able to answer after that
I believe the pay scale is high and benefits are good. Opportunities for advancement are not.

Permissive PTO has been so helpful. 401k match, and free subscription to the Calm app are the best
Review from Sales Dept
The discretionary PTO is the best part
the 401K has a good match rate
The 401K match is nice
Salary, Leaves, Other benefits, Bonus payout
Unlimited paid time off pending manager approval
health insurance is better than the former company
I could leave and work for customer as app System Admin, not fixing issues, and making 10k more.
My salary is slightly under the national average for my position.
The general tone here makes it seem like we are all replaceable resources, and not truly valued as people. We were once told that high performers would receive higher pay increases only to have that change right before the review cycle began. The new metrics made previous "rockstars" just average.
Some more Perks missing and not added
Because of the current market inflation and at least shift allowance with salary feels good.
Our team faces high pressure as resignations haven’t been backfilled while workload stays the same. Long-serving employees, despite years of commitment, see limited pay growth compared to new hire

We are asked to do more with less every day and being expected to work at that high level, high stressed pace is not sustainable. Its exhausting and has a ripple effect in every area of your life. But the alternative is having no job with the temperature of the market so I continue to try.

Industry standard for my role is higher and bonus structure is not great for my current position.
I would appreciate a salary that is more compatible within this industry
My team does not just support one software; we support 3 different versions of a software and 10 plus modules. There is alot of grey area as far as implementing and training for the customers that falls into our laps as well. This means we do our job and others. The majority of our customer base ist
As a Smart Square acquisitioned employee, I see that my skills compared to market are above average, yet I'm paid below market for my skills. Why should I continue to push for results when it's not rewarded?
Two percent raise annually is difficult as it does not meet the rising cost of living that is continually rising. Overtime is not permitted leaving one with a fixed income.
The compensation does not align with market standards, and no adjustments have been made to address this gap.

Based on Glassdoor, my job title falls between $78K-$127K in my State and surrounding States. Based on my years of experience and knowledge, I am paid $30K less than I should be making.
We are a small team with a lot of work. My per hour just seems a bit low.
My role should be compensated similar to other roles with the same responsibilities. Also, my role should should be bonus eligible.
Being paid for all the extra work I do and going above and beyond
I have been here almost 2 yrs and have only gotten an increase a few months back when everyone did and have only had but good things said to me and good reviews.
We have done 85 increase on our prices but yet we only get a 2% raise that is not even a cost of living raise.
Leadership does not seem to care. It seems like everything is about the bottom dollar. Lack of pay raises over the past few years and cost of living continuing to climb it becomes difficult. Especially when your boss considers you a rockstar but that does not factor into your raise.
