Executive leadership team is new and still learning how they will improve company and culture as a whole
Posted 2 days ago
What I like best about the leadership team is their transparency and willingness to engage with employees. They take the time to hold Q&A sessions, answer questions openly, and keep everyone informed.
Posted 2 days ago
That they have a thoughtful, transparent plan for getting symplr back on track.

They hear what we are saying, but they are not listening. They continue to offer high level responses to our questions and provide non-committal responses. Employees want to see action and leadership getting their hands dirty; that's not happening. Execs leaving is a troubling sign for individuals.

They need to focus more on people issues than just hire more people

Clear communication of needs. Compensation that matches the level of effort being placed since our global resources are not capable of doing their jobs well.

I believe I'm paid fairly, however, there is a lack of opportunities to grow in my position.

Company gives employees fair benefits

The best part about my compensation package is the benefits. They provide valuable support and help give me peace of mind for myself and my family.

The best part is permissive PTO

Our team has more work than we know what to do with which does not offer a work-life balance and causes stress trying to figure out how to get it done. Used to get a bonus, but that was taken away from me. Raises have been very small, Calm was taken away from us. Company keeps asking us for more.

Responsibilities are added to compensate other people leave the company, but with no associated increase in pay.

I am bottom of the organization and no one beside my manager knows how many extra hours I put in, how vested I am, how hard I work. My manager is a keep your head down and keep quiet type of person. I deserve more compensation , or at least bonuses , but no one will ever know, or frankly cares.

We are cohesive and support each other.

Very intelligent engaged individuals. They want to see customers succeed along with the entire company.

Our team's communication, support for one another, and willingness to help other teams are some of the best things about working together.

Supportive, funny, kind, accommodating, hardworking. My direct team and manager are not the problem. They are wonderful and keep me wanting to working hard each day. I have dwindling faith in the leadership of the company overall as messaging, strategies and direction keep changing-its concerning.

They should focus less on office politics and more on work
Review from HR Dept · Posted 4 days ago
Knowing how to do their job, and being fun to be around. A lot of them are scared. They've seen RIF after RIF after RIF. And this creates an environment of scarcity where talent doesn't want to stay. I've declined other responsibilities or potential moves because that team has been heavily targeted

We continue to hire off shore resources who do not understand the America Culture or Healthcare processes and practices. We continue to hired the cheapest resources and then are surprised when we get poor quality in return.

Not everyone seems to have the same level of personal accountability and pride in their work.

When my coworkers are kind, they are great. When something sets them off, it feels a bit hostile at times. Especially recently.
permissive time off, never having to worry about calculating remaining PTO when emergencies arise

The most positive part of the company culture is the teamwork, open communication, and supportive environment. It fosters both individual and professional growth by encouraging collaboration, learning, and continuous development.

My team is fantastic and I enjoy working with them.

Teams have been cut back to the extreme via RIFs and reorgs. At first leaders were ok with less w/ less, but now expectation is back to more w/ less (so draining!). Many upper level leaders have left, leaving those still here wondering why. AI isn't going to fix this; need to build talent back up.

Hired Americans to work with American clients who are able to use critical thinking skills and accountability.

Rights need to be restored to the worker and the offshoring of work needs to stop. There is no justification for ELT course of action other than to value profits over humans and strip workers of their value.
Completely gut the ELT and replace them with people who aren't trained on making decisions that ruin the product and experience.
Increased cross training would help with the down time and help to spread the load a little more.
Open line of communication with the talent management team

What makes me most happy at work is the camaraderie within our team and the support we provide one another. I also find it rewarding to know that my work makes a positive impact in the healthcare field and helps ensure quality patient care.

Clear priorities, management eliminating distracting work, and recognition for high-quality or impactful work

Too much work not enough time to get it all done. Some teams do not respond to help us complete our work while other teams set unrealistic expectations causing undo stress and long work hours.
Review from Sales Dept · Posted 3 days ago
Many longtime employees cut in RIFs/reorgs had deep knowledge of products, procedures, and tools--those still here were scrambling and disillusioned. Employees need to feel more loyalty from upper level leadership; i.e., we're not just pawns to throw away when the bottom line needs to look better.

Nearly everyone I talk to at some point will talk about how it's overwhelming, they are overworked, or that they fear they are on a sinking ship. It is hard to ignore the general feeling when it keeps coming up.
Review from HR Dept · Posted 5 days ago
When I come in I'm overwhelmed with 10+ messages from our global resources who are stuck and won't continue until they have clarity on a project. A culture of RFs is never good for morale or keeping great employees.
