That they have a thoughtful, transparent plan for getting symplr back on track.

I believe I'm paid fairly, however, there is a lack of opportunities to grow in my position.

We are cohesive and support each other.
Very intelligent engaged individuals. They want to see customers succeed along with the entire company.
Our team's communication, support for one another, and willingness to help other teams are some of the best things about working together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't know. I have no answer. There's really been NO team building or anything like that since I came onboard
