What did you like most about the interview process?

I liked that it was, at first, an welcoming environment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The lack of support from the leadership. People need to be held more accountable for their actions towards other individuals.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team was always willing to do the work. It was some of the politics involved that made it a difficult place to work.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My line manager was a great person. Above him is where the trust and loyalty are absent. They have no support for your future growth in the company and if you have one disagreement with leadership you are then earmarked for termination.
