Communicates well, let’s us know we do a good job, which is motivating to do it that much better and to keep doing it right
What makes you most happy at work?
The paycheck, a lot of my customers like me a lot and feed me out on the routes, and that’s a big perk to me, I like the 401k and stock purchasing plan, insurance needs to be cheaper, a big corporation like this, we shouldn’t be paying that much for insurance
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is pretty positive, always try to look at the bright side, wether it’s an easy day, or a bigger paycheck, it’s all in how you perceive it, shuttle drivers and some senior drivers, have bad attitudes and try to boss everybody around to make them feel important, or make other guys daysharder
