My co workers are just fine
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Replace management that will give its employees a drive to do better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We make less per hour vs competitors. And we are the biggest supplier. I don’t get it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We have 4 sups and a trans manager and director. 6 management employees. If you have a problem nobody answers their phone however if they have a problem you have all six management staff blowing up your cell phone
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We complained to upper management that we are working too many hours in the day so what they did is took everybody from a 5x8 schedule and put us on a 4x10. We were complaining about how many hours in the day we worked not how many days in the week we worked. Nothing has changed on that
