Not enough compensation for the work, preparation, paperwork, and housekeeping you have to put into the daily job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Although I am excited to leave the house everyday I do see it getting more difficult because of stagnation of the restaurant/hospitality industry.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The environment I work in is a very priced oriented market. Access to multiple Restart Depot locations makes price a very thorny issue.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good leadership, however things such as approvals for pricing and different strategies in order to go forward with a customer sometimes take way too long.
