What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my position I was always right and the wrongs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the time the left-hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing.
What makes you most happy at work?
Now that I’m retired. I’m looking back and I did Enjoyed my time working for the current corporation. Was glad that US was not brought up. I thought it would be a disaster for the corporation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
That Union brought the pay wages way too high I think for the new employees. I felt like I was underpaid for what I was doing at $23 an hour. The new hires came in at 21 an hour.
