Stop with favoritism executive management! Be fair with everyone and it shouldn’t matter where they’re from.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My Direct Manager is very much involved and genuinely cares about each team members growth. Upper management just care about money, and there’s favoritism and very much a corporate atmosphere.
