
I guess just the same answer as the last one. A great core of guys that get the job done.
We have a lot of veteran guys here and they know how to get the job done and get out of there.
We are understaffed for the work we have and it takes so long for us to get trucks in the system we can’t get a good lead on the selectors.
Stop trying to fix stuff that isn’t broke. It seems like they are trying to justify their jobs by just trying to come up with new rules or new ways to do stuff that already works fine.
