No Communication within any department, supervisors don’t know their roles , warehouse head as no inclination on how to communicate/ or lead .
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Have some kind of integrity & knowledge of communication with members of the Teamsters , And respect & follow the CBA that was signed following negotiations.
