The challenges I am faced with each day and the fact that if I want to try something new the team/my boss is very open to it
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the best part is I'm paid very fairly, have great medical insurance that has a low deductible and allows me the medical care I need, and being able to expense out work from home expenses makes a big difference!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how organized they are with updates on the weekly & monthly meetings. I also like how they are approachable even with their busy schedules and take the time to make sure everyone is equipped with the right items for success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about my team is how welcoming, accepting, and open everyone is to answer questions and help everyone out. I think my team goes out of their way to establish not only a professional relationship but a personal relationship also.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive for me is that my boss regularly checks in to make sure I'm not overwhelmed and cares to establish a real connection and relationship with me. I also like how the entire team makes an effort to connect even virtually
