Sysdig has been an adventure. As with all adventures, there are parts that are difficult when I'm in the middle of them. But at the end of the day, when I look back over my time with the company I feel that I've made a positive contribution and the adventure has been totally worth it.

I do feel like the company works to provide fair compensation that is competitive within the industry.

Everyone works hard and pulls their own weight. I enjoy working with my colleagues and I learn a lot of things from them!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team promote a culture of transparency and accountability. The leaders all lead from the front, and nobody expects a level of commitment from me greater than what they show themselves.
