It's been only 2 months since joined, but I am confident I had a right choice, and I am so lucky and happy to meet these great people at Sysdig.
What makes you most happy at work?
Even though we work remote, I feel connected as everybody is collaborative and accomplish together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is amazing that there is no harassment in real means. Smart, humble, Respect, Learn, and teamwork.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have been always treated with respect and smile by everybody I met (online/offline) so far. It is fantastic!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Perks is the smart and respectful way to give the "benefit" to employees as we are free to choose what is good for individuals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Friendly and Easy to approach and ask questions. I have not joined the all hand meeting at real time (due to the time difference), but they always answers to any questions, and their attitude has always been really humble and honest answers in smart way.
