Most people, most of the time will try their best to help you. Of course, there are exceptions.

We are building everything from scratch, so we have a lot of free space to innovate and create new things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Suresh (CEO) is a great example. I've just see him talking in our all hands, but I believe we could never have a better leader.
