I'm here for some years and I really like the people I closely work with. I think it's very rare finding such teammates and the atmosphere inside my team is perfect to build some strong functionalities. One thing the company could improve is to think a little bit more about people's careers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to have a clear idea of the cloud environment and of the stakeholders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People I closely work with are the most positive thing in the company, always ready to help each other and to get stuff done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don't know each other compensation, but my impression is that newly hired people get a higher compensation compared to people here for a long time, at least in Europe.
What makes you most happy at work?
Developing features that help people to solve their problems during their job. Also, it makes me happy when I learn something new from my colleagues or when going through new technical staff.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is fantastic! Technically, my teammates are amazing and there's always something to learn from them. As human beings, they are super too, and when we meet we seem old good friends ready to enjoy the time we spend togther.
