Learning, and personal growth. Moving forward vs "maintaining".
What are some of the best things about your team?
Highly advanced, personable, friendly, very intelligent. Great to learn from.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is very competitive at a rate in NA, vs just my region. Reflects the awareness of remote work, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There have been some very intelligent decisions around our valuation, and prepping for the recession. They seem to follow what is right vs $ (reasonably).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's all about supporting each other in learning, and advancing as an individual, as well as a company. So many smart and high performing peers.
