What are some of the best things about your team? The team is very focused on solving issues, good collaboration, regular events, good engagement.
What makes you most happy at work?Meeting the team, exceeding our tasks and results, diversity, and often facing new challenges, being pushed above my limits, learning day by day to think outside the box.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Offer a traditional PPO health plan with reasonable co-pays and affordable bi-weekly deductions, not only these high deductible/co-insurance plans that don't really cover anything.
