TeamUp is an absolutely incredible work environment. Not only do I feel supported doing my job every day, but management constantly strives to help you feel supported outside of your workday too. It's hard work, but it's incredibly rewarding. I would absolutely recommend working at TeamUp.

I love how supportive our leadership team is and how much they value our development, ideas, and voice. Everyone has a voice at TeamUp and we collaborate together with the support of our leadership team to be stronger as a business and community. Our customers love working with us, they feel it too.

I really appreciate how much leadership listens and values all of our ideas. Even if it's not something we can put into action now, it's not cast aside, they figure out how to incorporate it into what we're doing and how we can all work together to evolve and grow.

We are compensated fairly at TeamUp and also provided benefits that support our personal and professional needs including gym benefits, stipends, and educational opportunities.

I feel I am paid very fairly and really appreciate the flexibility of vacation time and my gym membership allowance. It's a great package.

Hard work and little pay

Our team is very collaborative and all voices are heard. It's a pleasure working with a team that is supportive and works together to be better. Competition and negativity are not part of our community and our team believes in hiring people who support our positivity, support, and community.

We are a collaborative team and all voices are both valued and heard. Remote can be challenging being so far so it's great to work with people that go the extra mile to make sure everything is doing efficiently and that everyone works together.

Our community in itself is very positive. Everyone is supportive of each other and works together. As a remote team we have monthly socials to interact and engage with each other as a community.

How much everyone enjoys doing what we do. Everyone loves meet ups although at the moment they are virtual, and it's fun being able to see how the other teams work together and how they work with our clients.

I like that I got to meet with the highest level of leadership in order to make sure we were a great fit for each other.

I got to meet with upper management very soon and they really cared about my story and why I wanted to be a member of their team.

The supportive positive atmosphere and community between our team, our customers, and our customers' customers.

That I have a great job, a great team, and I feel very valued.
