Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Base salary is much lower compared to other companies, especially for how hard everyone works. There are a lot of people within the company who wear multiple hats and work late hours to ensure things get completed.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?I'd like to really feel like they appreciate us genuinely as people and the incredible work we do. I'd like to see them listen to us when we bring problems forward and involve us in solving them.
