Technicolor Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation was never a problem. The Management of the company is just bad - there are some things as important or more than money - It's respect and appreciation for the job one does.

The end of the year bonuses.

I don't get benefits because I am a Technicolor temp.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would like to see educational benefits, Also, there are many workers who are not actual Technicolor employees. But I feel they should be offered the same benefits, as their staffing services do not

Above Canadian standards Too low compared to US standards

The hours are INSANE. The rolling layoffs to tweak the stock prices are pointless.

The unnecessary feedbacks and mean criticism due to frustration and bullying mindset from managers

Certain categories (like finance team, or top management) are paid very significantly more than the rest of the company. More fairness and equality would be productive.

Technicolor should pay their employees what the job is worth. They should also pay a premium for not providing work/life balance.

If employees were compensated better then their work ethics would also improve.

They need to up the pay and benefits

Because the work is hard labor for only 8.60 an hour for 10 hours on your feet
