Our team lack leadership, due to the supervisor not having enough experience as managing a team of our size. He lacks communication skills to ensure all team members are on the same page.

The new CEO and MD needs to resign. They have ruined the company.
Better at communication and understanding the briefs. Having general people skills to communicate with employees which seem to be lacking a lot now

Technicolor needs to retain the workers that actually know how to do their job and raise their standards for hiring. HR is a joke.
