He works with you, he tries to be flexible, if you need time off or have a work related problem he is ready to try and fix it
Creative side: dynamic, fast, difficult
feels like my Team Manager cares about us a lot. I have not met / interacted with other execs
they seem honest, a rarity
Review from Operations Dept
leading productive things very good
The new CEO and MD needs to resign. They have ruined the company.
Better at communication and understanding the briefs. Having general people skills to communicate with employees which seem to be lacking a lot now
People relations, business acumen, strategic decisions.
Review from Operations Dept
Technicolor needs to retain the workers that actually know how to do their job and raise their standards for hiring. HR is a joke.
horrible to employees that work extra hard for very little anything
Compensation was never a problem. The Management of the company is just bad - there are some things as important or more than money - It's respect and appreciation for the job one does.
The end of the year bonuses.
I don't get benefits because I am a Technicolor temp.
Review from Operations Dept
I would like to see educational benefits, Also, there are many workers who are not actual Technicolor employees. But I feel they should be offered the same benefits, as their staffing services do not
Above Canadian standards Too low compared to US standards
The hours are INSANE. The rolling layoffs to tweak the stock prices are pointless.
The unnecessary feedbacks and mean criticism due to frustration and bullying mindset from managers
Certain categories (like finance team, or top management) are paid very significantly more than the rest of the company. More fairness and equality would be productive.
We all have superior teamwork skills.
Don't care where you are and what you are doing so far work is getting done. No micro management
everyone is very nice and they all care about doing their best
Review from Operations Dept
Fun, human, professional and experienced
Engaged, motivated, trustworthy, ambitious, having fun.
Review from Operations Dept
Support each other and work together towards a goal as we are a team after all
We see everyone as equals.
Working from home is the greatest thing by far
Review from Operations Dept
Approachable executive leadership and no micro management
we seem to honestly like each other
Review from Operations Dept
Modern environment, good equipment, etc..
Review from Operations Dept
Monitor the relationships between managers and employees. Make sure everyone is comfortable doing daily tasks and not afraid to ask questions
Have a culture / respect people / communicate about strategy and vision, not just savings and restructuring plans
A change on supervision/management, as the current one is lacking vision and management skills.
new bosses and leads new managment
A better positive work environment.
All the questions were straight to the point.
It was very easy and fast
Reasonable number of rounds No unnecessary extra time expected (example: few companies expect presentations etc)
honest and no idiot corporate questions such as where do your see yourself in 5 years
Review from Operations Dept
Quick and easy Effective and straight forward
Having someone who has experience while interviewing new personnel. The current interview process is lacking common sense. They are hiring friends of the current supervisor, despite not being good for the job.
Being able to work from home.
Review from Operations Dept
No micro management Challenging projects and opportunity to lead
checking off those things that need doing
Review from Operations Dept
Coworkers and international interactions - getting the job done - making a difference - nurturing and supporting people
my paycheck but I would be happier with a better paycheck
If the current MD steps down that would fix alot.
Lack of leadership mostly. Having a supervisor who is not competent enough is discouraging, mainly because he praises someone because of how he looks before his job quality.
