It's lacking leadership. The job by itself is good, as long as we don't have to deal with our manager. He is obnoxious, and lacking basic common sense.

Our team is committed to obtaining the best results possible despite the lack of leadership of our manager.

Lack of leadership mostly. Having a supervisor who is not competent enough is discouraging, mainly because he praises someone because of how he looks before his job quality.

Our team lack leadership, due to the supervisor not having enough experience as managing a team of our size. He lacks communication skills to ensure all team members are on the same page.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Having someone who has experience while interviewing new personnel. The current interview process is lacking common sense. They are hiring friends of the current supervisor, despite not being good for the job.
