What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation was never a problem. The Management of the company is just bad - there are some things as important or more than money - It's respect and appreciation for the job one does.
The end of the year bonuses.
I don't get benefits because I am a Technicolor temp.

We all have superior teamwork skills.
Don't care where you are and what you are doing so far work is getting done. No micro management
