Telus has a friendly culture and various teams, orgs, and business units collaborate effectively. Telus generally is genuine in trying to live up to it's "customers first" culture. One down side is that Telus is somewhat overrun with MBAs and PM types, and struggles to retain technical talent.
Many legacy systems and processes that hold us back from being competitive. The company's bureaucratic structure and management make it hard for employees to be as innovative as counterparts in other areas of tech and health. Compensation is weak and below industry standards.
I have worked for multiple firms within telecom industry, TELUS is the worst one, the worst system and process
excellent great exceptional and superlative
Truly believe this is one of the best places to work in Canada. I've worked for a number of large companies and TELUS is by far the best. Culture is great, compensation is just ok.
