Not much to say other than at least I like the people I actually see at work. The ones making decisions for us dont know how a hospital needs to work.

When my patients survive their surgeries.

My coworkers are the only reason I keep showing up.

My manager already knew me so mine was just a formality.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Minimum wage in other states is more than I make after multiple years of experience and several tiny raises. If I was flipping burgers it'd be okay but I'm saving lives so I think i deserve it.
