I appreciate my job. I enjoy my actual job and proud of what I do but management favored employees and problem employees make it hard to be there.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not playing favorites. Actually being a leader. Acknowledge their employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
People were nice then but now I know it was fake.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is very far off compared to other places. I am under paid by $6 per hour.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Deal with the problem people. Acknowledge people outside the click when they do a good job. Stop trying to change the whole departments process to accommodate the problem makers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually do your job. I could care less about them being a team player. I'm just tired of doing their job too. There are a few people that are truly amazing but not many.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If particular people aren't there for the day it is a great environment but management refuses to deal with the people causing problems. They are favored by management and know they can get away with anything.
