Performance review provided good feedback, yet the pay increase showed differently (.05%) and qualify for no bonus makes devalue employee.

The interviewers were positive and energetic; unfortunately they now have moved on away from the company. That was my sign of things to follow with the employer.

Management lacks better and clear communication; telling employees their work is useless or you’re not intelligent but resourceful makes for discouraging work performance. The workflow starts from top-down, not vice-vers
