What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Techs and inspectors don't always show up. If customers have termite protection and termites eat their home it is literally a battle to get terminix to do their part by fixing the damages. If inspectors think customers will not buy more services they no show to those appointments.

Everything is wrong they can pay what they owe and do what they should have done

Refusal of management to take any responsibility for their constant micromanagement and leadership failures. Get rid of the most egregious violators

No accountability, no integrity, constant lying. Install strong new management at to force extreme culture change

They should know, listen to the customer.

Terminix is well aware of what's wrong with the company as a whole. "Leadership" will never try to improve anything, and I will not waste my time providing suggestions in regards to such.
