I was hired as sales and now im customer service. All new sales have been taken from us and of you already have terminix service the last thing anyone wants to do is get more bad service.
Insurance is lacking compared to other companies that are in the billions. If you care about our safety don't just try to prevent us from being unsafe also take I to account accidents happen and offer better benefits

When I have co workers we support eachother well but I don't have coworkers. 6 months in advance we knew were going to have staff shortages no moves were made until. We were down to 1. Me. Controlling and dispatching 8 different regions alone with intermittent help from the higher ups at best.

It was a Virtual/Remote job, so interaction with co workers was very limited. I really didn't know any of them, and it wasn't my main focus.

Techs and inspectors don't always show up. If customers have termite protection and termites eat their home it is literally a battle to get terminix to do their part by fixing the damages. If inspectors think customers will not buy more services they no show to those appointments.
Everything is wrong they can pay what they owe and do what they should have done
