What did you like most about the interview process?The honesty of it. They were very clear on their needs and expectations. No pretense or phony nonsense.
What makes you most happy at work?The work. What we are doing and how we make a difference in employees lives for the services we offer.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Upper management and especially HR.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Company should try to be competitive with businesses in the same space. Company seems to be removing special events and really focusing on saving costs This makes business sense but isn't so great for the employees. Insurance is also pretty bad and vacation time is low for long time employees
What would you improve about your company's interview process?the leads/managers of departments should be involved in the hiring process more
