- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Company should try to be competitive with businesses in the same space. Company seems to be removing special events and really focusing on saving costs This makes business sense but isn't so great for the employees. Insurance is also pretty bad and vacation time is low for long time employees
