There are a lot of postive individuals on my team. Lots of high morale and good attitudes. Keeps things motivating.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The genuine care for each associate as well as unmatched personability. I've worked in less humane environments in the food and service industry. Thats saying a lot.
What makes you most happy at work?
The interactions between other associates and myself. I also enjoy downtime where im able to tidy my workspace as well as solving issues where they may arise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The mindset and outward attitude of associates and most staff. Not to mention the entire reason for its existence. Sustainability. Nothing better than trying to make a positive impact on the planet.
