The leadership team mostly needs to work on training and communication skills
Lately we haven't had enough supervision so everyone is being stressed out tring to pull the extra weight around. It's a domino effect, we make it happen for a while but it never last. But the worst part is upper management barley takes responsibility for their mistakes
As a production associate I feel like we do most of the work but get paid the least. If they would focus on the associates that really work and promote more of us we would feel more valued as associates. The compensation only motivates us for so long. We need more to look forward too
