I represent, and can explain the future of wholeness. I want my customer to be not just happy, but ecstatically elated to talk about their experience. Im here to change the future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We talk. WE listen. We are competitive somewhat yet cooperative. When we feel there is an undercutting motive we deal with it with Honor and not shame. We want the best for each other.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The thing I feel is there is a strong sense of a Glass ceiling. Not because of race, belief, or gender. in the body, a good lymph/blood system flows from the head all the way to the foot. We need to feel the wholeness of this organism and its ability for transfer of good. Mostly...I love the team
