When I tried to bring some innovative technology to the lords that be, the all mighty gate keepers made sure i never got to speak to anyone. The company is a joke and does not care about the climate at all.

We need to get beyond the electric li battery concepts.

They need to listen to new and good ideas. Other than in their echo chambers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Reach out to Andre Barnett. I have spoken to him and the technology he brings to the table is light years beyond where we are today. But since they are idiots, they will not.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For leadership to listen. Our stocks would sky rocket if they would. At least give Andre Barnett a call at Teleios Aero-Space a call. If you don't what I say will stand and others in the company feel the same.
